The newly appointed teachers are placed in rechecking staff category where the administration of the school guides them how to check homework and class work notebooks of the students. Moreover, they are assigned different classes according to their qualification from time to time so that they may be trained how to teach the students in the classroom.

During vacation, senior staff is engaged to train and guide the teachers who need further training. In this refreshing course, they learn writing skills, class control and subject command. After training, the teachers are reassessed by written test and presentations in order to get through the training program.
